MJ Orgeron spent more than five decades in engineering, beginning his career as a structural design engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding before moving into the international oil and gas industry, where he specialized in LNG projects. Throughout his career he worked on complex engineering challenges that demanded precision, research, and analytical thinking.
Away from engineering, he cultivated a lifelong fascination with history, archaeology, astronomy, and theology.
